PanicZone is a support group to help others who suffer from
panic attacks and anxiety problems along with agoraphobia.
There is an e-mail list that you can join, and be able to be
in contact with others who suffer from this problem. We don’t focus on medication, if you’re on medication and have questions please refer them to your doctor; we are not doctors so it’s in ours and your best interest that we don’t give advice regarding medication. We help each other in overcoming our fears, anxiety, and depression through supporting each other. We help each other stay out of isolation by chatting, emailing and so forth. The net is our link to the outside world for some of us, so this is a very good tool to use in helping us reach another and for others to reach us. In time this web page will have links of various places of help (treatment centers, therapist who specialize in this area) also there will be links to other support web pages and chats. We will have suggestions on things that you can do to help yourself when your going through a panic attack, trying to overcome the agoraphobia and reduce your anxiety. We strongly suggest that you do participate in this group. We need you as much as you need us.
